Adjunct Instructors and Lab Assistants

Johnson College is looking for Adjunct Instructors and Lab Assistants for the fall 2017 semester. All teaching positions require at a minimum, an Associate’s Degree and 4-5 years technical experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required for most positions.

Business Management Instructors

Johnson College is looking for Business Management Adjunct Instructors for primarily daytime courses in the fall 2017 semester. Qualified applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Business or related field. Experience in Logistics and/or APICS certified would be ideal. Teaching experience is preferred.

Coordinator of Student Conduct and Housing

Johnson College is actively seeking a Coordinator of Student Conduct and Housing. This position is a 12 month, full time position in the Student Engagement Department. The Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of student housing for both on and off campus. Accountable for 20-40 housing students and provide a safe, inclusive environment while engaging the residents. This position will also oversee the student conduct policies and procedures for the entire student population, both housing and commuter. This position will also be responsible for addressing housing incidents and must be available to be in an on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends. Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in residence life or student conduct is preferred. A valid PA driver’s license and a good driving record are required.

Research and Assessment Analyst

Johnson College is actively seeking a full time Research and Assessment Analyst. This position will be responsible for coordinating data collection and analysis for the college wide assessment cycles. The Analyst will perform research activities to include benchmarking, student success characteristics, assessment, and produce meaningful report for the campus community. Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a higher education environment preferably in Institutional Research or Institutional Effectiveness. Previous MSCHE ALO and self-study experience preferred.

Enrollment Specialist

Johnson College is actively seeking a full time Enrollment Specialist. Responsibilities for this position include participation in a full range of enrollment activities including representing the College to a variety of outside constituencies, developing and implementing recruitment and travel strategy, acting as the first point of contact for students, and parents, guiding students through the application process, maintaining the existing student database, overseeing student file completion, working closely with college staff and faculty and performing other special assignments as assigned by the Senior Director of Strategic Enrollment Management, Executive Vice President or other senior management staff. Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in Enrollment/Admissions is preferred.
