Manager of Enrollment

Johnson College is actively seeking a Manager of Enrollment to execute the department plans by overseeing the daily operation of the department and supervising the Recruitment Advisors. In this position, this person will travel to local schools and businesses to not only recruit students but also further build relationships. This role will include meeting with prospective students, strategizing recruitment territories, analyzing data, working with our marketing team and collaborating with offices across campus to continue to tie each area into our enrollment efforts.

Bachelor’s degree required and 3 or more years of experience in progressively responsible positions leading and managing admissions or sales and meeting goals.

Recruitment Advisor

Johnson College is actively seeking a Recruitment Advisor to recruit qualified applicants for admissions to the college in accordance with state and federal accreditation and Institute policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards. This position involves extensive state wide and out of state travel and working closely with  senior management to ensure enrollment goals are met or exceeded.

Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience in admissions or sales required and Bilingual in the English and Spanish languages preferred.

Receptionist for Student Care

Johnson College is actively seeking a Receptionist for Student Care. This position will welcome and direct students, parents and visitors, coordinate calendars and meeting request for student care offices, assist with data entry for enrollment and assist with other administrative duties.

Associate’s degree and 2 years office experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an educational environment preferred.

Research and Assessment Analyst

Johnson College is actively seeking a full time Research and Assessment Analyst. This position will be responsible for coordinating data collection and analysis for the college wide assessment cycles. The Analyst will perform research activities to include benchmarking, student success characteristics, assessment, and produce meaningful report for the campus community. Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a higher education environment preferably in Institutional Research or Institutional Effectiveness. Previous MSCHE ALO and self-study experience preferred.
