Chief Financial Officer

Johnson College is currently seeking a strategic business partner in the role of Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the institution. This is a great opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to provide insight and recommendations on the short-term and long-term plans of the college by helping to make decisions for the entire college that align with its strategic plan.

Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in a financial role, preferably in a non-profit environment. Must demonstrate success in managing and leading change in a complex, collaborative organization.

Recruitment Advisor

Johnson College is actively seeking a Recruitment Advisor to recruit qualified applicants for admissions to the college in accordance with state and federal accreditation and Institute policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards. This position involves extensive state wide and out of state travel and working closely with  senior management to ensure enrollment goals are met or exceeded.

Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience in admissions or sales required and Bilingual in the English and Spanish languages preferred.

Research and Assessment Analyst

Johnson College is actively seeking a full time Research and Assessment Analyst. This position will be responsible for coordinating data collection and analysis for the college wide assessment cycles. The Analyst will perform research activities to include benchmarking, student success characteristics, assessment, and produce meaningful report for the campus community. Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a higher education environment preferably in Institutional Research or Institutional Effectiveness. Previous MSCHE ALO and self-study experience preferred.

Clinical Veterinarian

Johnson College is looking for a Full-Time Clinical Veterinarian. The Clinical Veterinarian is responsible for clinical activities, in compliance with AVMA, PAC, and program chair regulations. The Clinical Veterinarian is responsible for appointments and surgeries, the maintenance of patient records and their confidentiality, to provide reports, uphold all protocols and policies, work with students, attend college events and meetings, work with a budget, and supervise the staff. Candidates must be comfortable in multiple settings, including the clinical, lab, and/or classroom setting. Qualified applicants must have a Pennsylvania license, a DEA license, be a USDA accredited, and have worked in a clinical environment for at least 4 years.
