Library Assistant

Johnson College is actively seeking a part time Library Assistant. This position is responsible for performing a variety of Library/media technical and clerical functions related to the circulation, acquisition, and cataloging/processing of print and non-print materials and related equipment. Performs technical duties related to the acquisition and cataloging of library materials in addition to special projects as assigned. Maintains library materials and equipment.

Qualified applicants must possess an Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a higher education environment or library experience.

Accounts Payable Clerk

Johnson College is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary part time to regular part time basis. This position will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks including invoices, accounts payable checks, student refund checks, and reconciliations. Qualified applicants must possess an Associate’s degree in Accounting. A minimum of two to five years of experience working with Accounts Payable.

Coordinator of Development

Johnson College is actively seeking a Coordinator of Development. This position provides administrative and event support to the Advancement Department and is focused heavily on fundraising, data support and analysis, and alumni relations. Qualified applicants must possess an Associate’s degree in relevant field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Adjunct Instructors and Lab Assistants

Johnson College is looking for Adjunct Instructors and Lab Assistants for the fall 2017 semester. All teaching positions require at a minimum, an Associate’s Degree and 4-5 years technical experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required for most positions.

  • Diesel Technology Program (Morning/Evening Classes)
  • Electronic Engineering Technology (Morning/Afternoon Classes)
  • Carpentry and Cabinetmaking Technology (Morning/Afternoon Classes)

Business Management Instructors

Johnson College is looking for Business Management Adjunct Instructors for primarily daytime courses in the fall 2017 semester. Qualified applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Business or related field. Experience in Logistics and/or APICS certified would be ideal. Teaching experience is preferred.

Research and Assessment Analyst

Johnson College is actively seeking a full time Research and Assessment Analyst. This position will be responsible for coordinating data collection and analysis for the college wide assessment cycles. The Analyst will perform research activities to include benchmarking, student success characteristics, assessment, and produce meaningful report for the campus community. Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a higher education environment preferably in Institutional Research or Institutional Effectiveness. Previous MSCHE ALO and self-study experience preferred.
