A Welcome from the President:
I first began my journey with Johnson College in 1989 as Vice President of Continuing Education. From the beginning I knew that Johnson was a place of great potential. The beautiful, accessible campus had diverse program areas, a warm faculty, and eager students. I was excited by the opportunity that Johnson opened for me to aid students on their journey from education to careers.
The campus I became familiar with 25 years ago as a new staff member is no longer the campus I see today as President. Programs have been added, such as Physical Therapist Assistant and Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning Technology. The Health Sciences Technology Center was erected after the success of our first Capital Campaign and largest fundraising effort. Our Center for Professional Development continues to serve the professionals and industry partners in our community with Continuing Education offerings in over a dozen fields. But more importantly are the things that have not changed – the traditional values which Johnson College upholds of providing a foundation of education and experience which carries students beyond college and into careers.
This website is a reflection of Johnson’s unique character. I welcome you to browse the pages and learn more about Johnson’s interesting history and growing campus.
