Employee Testing
Johnson College specializes in pre-employment testing, matching employer needs with candidates skills and capabilities. Testing can be written, tactile or both. Similar testing can be provided to evaluate a current employee’s skill set for job transfers or promotions.

Johnson College can provide assessments and evaluations for companies interested in addressing their training needs. Collaboration with the company through on-site visits and meetings with key staff provide the necessary background to prepare formal recommendations regarding a training curriculum and timeline.

Customized Training
Johnson College designs, delivers and evaluates tailor-made training programs. Such projects can include:

  • hands-on training
  • on-campus training
  • on-site training
  • combination of on-campus/on-site training
  • testing of employees

Johnson College has a variety of spaces available to meet your workshop or conference needs. Our classrooms, computer labs and conference rooms are available for both day and evening events.
