to Johnson College, a two-year technical college located in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

The Office of the Registrar is located in Richmond Hall on the campus of Johnson College, 3427 N. Main Avenue, Scranton, PA 18508. The Registrar’s Office can be reached by telephone at 570-702-8918 or by e-mail at shelbing@johnson.edu. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the academic year; 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, May through mid-August.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the academic records for each current and former student in compliance with the Federal Education Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA).

It is the responsibility of the Registrar to provide an effective method of class registration and enrollment, to maintain up-to-date student data and to prepare and publish class schedules. The Registrar’s Office also issues grade reports, maintains and provides official transcripts and completes enrollment/degree verification.

Students are encouraged to access The Johnson College Student Handbook for information on particular policies related to grades, class attendance, academic integrity, etc. The Radiologic Technology Handbook also guides students in the Radiologic Technology program; the Veterinary Technology Handbook also guides students in the Veterinary Technology program.
