Johnson College Refund Policy

The following refund policy has been established for the Fall and Spring semester:

  • Withdrawals through the second week of classes, only the deposit fee will be retained. All other payments of tuition will be refunded. Students may request in writing to the Manager of Student Business Services a refund of their deposit fee.
  • Withdrawals during the 3rd week of classes, 10% of the total tuition for that semester will be retained by the College.
  • Withdrawals during the 4th week of classes, 20% of the total tuition for that semester will be retained by the College.
  • Withdrawals during the 5th week of classes, 30% of total tuition for that semester will be retained by the College.
  • Withdrawals during the 6th week of classes, 40% of total tuition for that semester will be retained by the College.
  • Withdrawals during the 7th and 8th week of classes, 50% of total tuition for that semester will be retained by the College.
  • Withdrawals during the 9th and 10th week of classes, 60% of total tuition for that semester will be retained by the College.
  • After the 10th week of classes, 100% of the tuition will be retained by the College.
