Johnson College is seeking a Registrar for the Academic Affairs department. The Registrar implements academic policies and practices surrounding student enrollment, transfer, registration, and graduation; recommends adaptation in operations to meet changes in academic needs; provides information and analysis for institutional planning; improves services by leveraging technology; and evaluates current processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Must maintain confidentiality, managed complex SIS, have strong Microsoft Office skills, practice great customer service, and attention to detail.

A Bachelor degree is required and 3-5 years’ experience in a higher education environment, preferably in the Registrar Office.


Economics Adjunct Instructor

Johnson College is looking for an Economics adjunct instructor to teach ECO 111 – Introduction to Microeconomics, a three-credit undergraduate course that will take place during the day, in the Fall 2015 semester.  Qualified applicants must possess an MBA degree.  Teaching experience is preferred.

Lab Assistants will work closely with the instructor. Oversee students in lab/shop areas and assist in helping students reach their goals for all lab/shop area tasks. 2 years’ experience in a related field is required.

Warehouse and Distribution Adjunct

Johnson College is looking for a Warehousing and Distribution adjunct to teach a three credit undergraduate course in the Spring 2015 semester. This course is part of the Logistics and Supply Chain Track of our Business Management degree program. Applicants should have 5 years’ experience in warehousing and distribution and a minimum of an associate’s degree in business or a related field. Teaching experience is preferred.


Electronics Adjunct Instructor

Johnson College is seeking an adjunct instructor for the Electronics Program. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a technician working in the electronics field or related fields. Familiarity with the operation of analog oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, analog volt OHM meters, and component level troubleshooting with both analog and digital circuits is a must. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MultiSim is requested. Must be willing to work in a lab setting with students and have good organizational and customer service skills. An associate’s degree in Electronics or a related field is required.


Data Analyst

Part-time position working 20-25 hours per week assisting the Director of ERP Systems with data extraction, queries, reports as well as LMS administration for the college. Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in Data Administration with five years’ experience in field. Experience with Desire2Learn or Blackbaud’s SIS, Raiser’s Edge, or Financial Edge a plus.


Mathematics Adjunct Instructor

We are looking for an adjunct instructor for Mathematics. Qualified applicants are required to have a Master’s Degree with 18 credits in Mathematics. College teaching experience preferred.  Ability to teach developmental math, algebra, trigonometry, statistics and precalculus as needed. Flexibility in class scheduling is a plus.


Professional Tutors

Part-time professional tutors needed in the subject areas of Math, Statistics, Chemistry, and Physics. Teaching experience in these subjects is a plus. Degree in the program of study is required.

Tutor training will be provided.
