Head Cheerleading Coach

Johnson College is currently seeking a Head Cheerleading Coach for the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 basketball seasons. The Head Cheerleading Coach will be responsible for supervising two or more evening practices per week, as well as attending home basketball games on evenings and weekends. The coach will work with the team to choreograph routines and cheers, encourage cheerleaders to get involved with other campus activities, provide support and advisement to all basketball games and other spirit activities.

Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting and program administration is preferred. Must abide by Johnson College, NJCAA, Region 19, and EPAC policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Enrollment Specialist

Johnson College is currently seeking a temporary full time Enrollment Specialist. Responsibilities for this position include participation in a full range of enrollment activities including representing the College to a variety of outside constituencies, developing and implementing recruitment and travel strategy, acting as the first point of contact for students, and parents, guiding students through the application process, maintaining the existing student database, overseeing student file completion, working closely with College staff and faculty and performing other special assignments as assigned by the Senior Director of Strategic Enrollment Management, Executive Vice President or other senior management staff.

Qualified applicants must posses a Bachelor’s Degree, Enrollment/Admissions experience preferred.

Director of Financial Aid

Johnson College is seeking a Director of Financial Aid. This position will assume responsibility for the integrity of financial aid ensuring that policies are updated regularly and that internal controls are enforced. The Director is responsible for the oversight of the operations in the Financial Aid Office. The Director will work collaboratively with all departments to ensure student success.

Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred. Must have 5 to 6 years of experience in financial aid with at least two years experience as either Director or Associate Director.

Institutional Effectiveness Manager of Data Analysis

Johnson College is seeking an Institutional Effectiveness Manager of Data Analysis. This position will initially focus on Admissions and Registrar’s Offices and will provide data analysis and administration. The Manager will work closely with all functional areas to develop and execute the ability to extract timely and accurate data to drive decisions using tools available within the Blackbaud ERP system.

Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. A minimum of 3-5 years of Data Analysis experience within Higher Education with knowledge and proficiency utilizing a Higher Education ERP system and other higher education administrative applications.
