Manager of Student Business Services
Johnson College is seeking a Manager of Student Business Services. The Manager of Student Business Services, acting in the role of the Bursar, will manage the operation of student accounting processes including providing accurate and complete account statements, assessment of tuition, fees, and other charges, administration of Tuition Management Services, and managing collections.
This person will ensure that all transaction processing, balancing, reconciliation, and related accounting functions are performed in an accurate and timely manner in the Student Database. Additionally, will provide leadership, formulate internal policy and procedures, participate in decision making and continue to enhance skills through professional development.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required, MBA is preferred with 5 years experience.
Welding Adjunct Instructor
Johnson College is looking for a Welding adjunct instructor to teach evening classes in the Spring 2016 semester. Qualified applicants must be proficient in SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, & GMAQ on plate and pipe and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience. A welding test will be required. Teaching experience is preferred.
Johnson College is seeking an Advancement Specialist. The Advancement Specialist manages the restricted giving programs and provides administrative and event support to the College Advancement Department. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with preference for coursework in Educational Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or English is required. Prior experience of 1-2 years in sales or fundraising is preferred.
Johnson College is looking for a Full-Time Clinical Veterinarian. The Clinical Veterinarian is responsible for clinical activities, in compliance with AVMA, PAC, and program chair regulations. The Clinical Veterinarian is responsible for appointments and surgeries, the maintenance of patient records and their confidentiality, to provide reports, uphold all protocols and policies, work with students, attend college events and meetings, work with a budget, and supervise the staff. Candidates must be comfortable in multiple settings, including the clinical, lab, and/or classroom setting. Qualified applicants must have a Pennsylvania license, a DEA license, be a USDA accredited, and have worked in a clinical environment for at least 4 years.
Johnson College is looking for Adjunct Instructors for the Spring 2016 semester. All teaching positions require at a minimum, an Associate’s Degree and 4-5 years technical experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required for most positions.
