Johnson College is seeking an Assistant Registrar. This will be an entry level position designed to provide training for qualified candidates to learn all Registrar functions. The Assistant Registrar will be trained to create and generate master schedules, evaluate and enter transfer credits, identify and process students for graduation, post and enter grades, set-up and administer registration, and run GPA calculations. The Assistant Registrar will administer academic policies as provided by the college catalog and maintain campus procedures to maintain policy adherence.
Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred with 1-2 years’ experience in higher education environment preferably in the Registrar Office.

Johnson College is looking for Adjunct Instructors & Lab Assistants for the fall 2016 semester. All teaching positions require at a minimum, an Associate’s Degree and 4-5 years technical experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required for most positions.

Assistant for Student Engagement
Johnson College is seeking an Assistant for Student Engagement. This is a full time position in the Student Engagement Office. The Assistant provides administrative support for the Student Engagement Office. This position will assist the Office in the daily operations for housing, athletics, new student orientations, student activities, student organizations, security, and student conduct.
An Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university is required with experience working in a team oriented environment. A valid PA driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
Business Management Adjunct Instructors
Johnson College is looking for Business Management adjunct instructors to teach the fall 2016 semester. Qualified applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Business or a related field. Teaching experience is preferred.
Director of Financial Aid
Johnson College is seeking a Director of Financial Aid. This position will assume responsibility for the integrity of financial aid ensuring that policies are updated regularly and that internal controls are enforced. The Director is responsible for the oversight of the operations in the Financial Aid Office. The Director will work collaboratively with all departments to ensure student success.
Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred. Must have 5 to 6 years of experience in financial aid with at least two years experience as either Director or Associate Director.
Institutional Effectiveness Manager of Data Analysis
Johnson College is seeking an Institutional Effectiveness Manager of Data Analysis. This position will initially focus on Admissions and Registrar’s Offices and will provide data analysis and administration. The Manager will work closely with all functional areas to develop and execute the ability to extract timely and accurate data to drive decisions using tools available within the Blackbaud ERP system.
Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. A minimum of 3-5 years of Data Analysis experience within Higher Education with knowledge and proficiency utilizing a Higher Education ERP system and other higher education administrative applications.
Mathematics Adjunct Instructors
Johnson College is looking for Mathematics adjunct instructors to teach morning/afternoon/evening classes in the fall 2016 semester. Qualified applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field. Teaching experience is preferred.
