A free “Best Practices in Collision Repair Workshop” will be held in Johnson College’s Moffat Building Cafeteria on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 starting at 4:00 p.m.
This workshop is being presented by the US Environmental Protection Agency Region 3, the US EPA Design for the Environment, the PA SBDC Environmental Management Assistance Program, and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
Information will be presented on the following: Design for the Environment: Auto Refinish Project; Regulatory Review: Overview of the NESHAP: Paint Stripping and Miscellaneous Surface Coating (6H); A Painter’s Perspective; Best Practices to Reduce Exposures and Emissions; Health & Safety Management in the Collision Repair Shop; Energy Efficiency in the Auto Body Shop.
