    Hi,
I saw your announcement for golf tournament. I host a few outings for firefighter foundations, and I’m looking to come up with some new ideas to generate funds. Besides hole sponsors, long drive, closest to pin, honest golfer etc… If you have any novel ideas you can share I would appreciate it.
    Thanks in advance.

Johnson College should host this in Algarve, Portugal.

Warum gerade in Portugal? Pennsylvania ist doch auch nicht schlecht.

I’m sorry… The prior comment was in German. Here again the English version: Why Portugal? Pennsylvania is not too bad.

Hi, A golf tournament is always the makings of a fun time. Good post.

I used to work for an association that hosted a golf tournament each year. We would raise funds for charities in our community and the participation of local business was crucial to the success of the tournaments. If you play in tournaments, remember to say thank you to the sponsors! Golf tournaments would not be successful without sponsors support!

There is nothing better than a golf event for a great cause. They take months and months to plan, but it is well worth it! Keep up the good work.

Golf should get more attention on other levels than PGA Tour. Keep up the great work.

@golfinger: Because Algarve in Portugal is one the most beautiful places in Eurpoer to play golf. And beside that weather conditions are optimum almost whole year.
