Hello, Mike,

To answer your question, our Automotive Technology Program instructor, Richard Kennedy, passed this along: "I don’t have the training materials or vehicles to specialize in hybrid training repair at this time, hybrid vehicles are introduced to our students in all areas of them training to make them aware of special precautions they may need to take when working on these vehicles. I have been to Toyota training classes myself and my hope for the future is that I will be able to get training materials, special tool and vehicles to start a program here at Johnson College."

Kudos to you, it would be assume if more schools around the nation were offering weatherization career pathways. We need to save energy, we need to create jobs. It just makes so much sense keep cost down for heating homes, save energy, put people to work... if only our politicians would put more money into programs like this we'd all be better off.

What a great concept. I wonder who learned the most out of the game. It must have been a joy to see the former players school the current players. That says something for experience over youth.

Hybrids are complex and well engineered, but take extensive knowledge and training to successfully repair, Does your program specialize in hybrid repair training?
