Three veterinary doctors from the community volunteered their time to the College’s project while instructors oversaw the students whom aided in the performance of surgeries and managed patient care.
Annette Palumbo, ’09, Moscow, commented, “It’s a good experience to be in a high paced environment…” while her classmate, Kimberly Petros, ’09, Larksville, added, “It made me really happy that people took advantage of [the opportunity.]”
