The Electrical Authorities conduct a decent job of making sure that electrical contractors nowadays get the knowledge and hands-on training they need before they get themselves licensed. So I must agree with these types of programs.

I know how hard it can be to get all the way through and these people deserve a reward. But what they will get the most of is a crash course in finding a job that pays them what they are worth.
I wish I had some of those skills these students have been taught. I would be able to put that knowledge to good use.
They are to be congratulated for sticking with it to get these awards and now comes the fun part. Finding a way to apply these new found skills.
