During the 2010 academic year, 91% of Johnson College students received some form of financial aid, be it need-based or merit-based scholarships, grants, loans and work-study from federal, state and institutional sources. Merit-based scholarships can range from $1,500 to half tuition annually.
Johnson College will host a Financial Aid Workshop to give its prospective as well as returning students information about these programs on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 5pm-7pm in the Moffat Building.
At the workshop, representatives from the College will review available financial aid programs and offer parents and/or students the opportunity to complete the Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) while on campus.
To RSVP for the Financial Aid Workshop or for more information, call 570-702-8900.
The school that I am at has 80% on some sort of financial aid, wich I thought was very high. But 91% percent blows us out of the water.
That is a wonderful achievement that Johnson College should be very proud of
