Johnson College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).

The Architecural Drafting & Design Technology Program has curriculum certification at the Drafter level by American Design Drafting Association International. (ADDA).

The Automotive Technology Program is accredited by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation, Inc. (NATEF).

The Radiologic Technology Program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology 20 North Wacker Drive, Suite 2850, Chicago, IL 60606-3182 (312) 704-5300 mail@jrcert.org(JRCERT).

The Veterinary Technology Program is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).

The Pennsylvania Department of Education, State Board of Education, has approved Johnson College as a two-year college.
